NB Equipment have been associated with our business for many years, the service that they provide has gone beyond many others, regularly visiting to see what requirements we have, and providing advice and solutions that can lead to aiding us achieve our goals. The main large piece of equipment that we have from NB is racking/storage for printing sleeves, this was provided and installed ahead of schedule, in addition to this we had a problem storing an ‘alternative type of sleeve’, NB came in, we discussed our problem, and then very kindly received 3 options that NB had drawn up. Communication is exceptional, and there are other items that NB supply that we have invested interest, prices are competitive and products durable, with this in mind if we can even less, or in some cases the same but get longer durability then that works well for both parties. Geographically our company is not too far from the NB Equipment base, but regardless if we seek advice or some support/service then it has never been too much trouble. Good service and support will always be important to any company and creates good relations, and despite being 2 different companies work as a team partnership.
