Two new Barrier Film multilayer coex lines will be on display and available for our customers’ trials. The event will take place in July 2024 and includes a tour of our facility, demonstrations of our latest technological innovations in barrier film extrusion and a chance to meet with our team of experts.

Moreover, if you are interested to test particular formulations, we can make the necessary arrangements for your exclusive testing day.

These extrusion lines offer high productivity and excellent film quality, making them ideal for a wide range of applications in the packaging industry: double and triple barrier in symmetrical and asymmetrical structures can be processed.

The first line, that will be available for demonstration and for your specific test from July 15th to 18th 2024, has the following main features:

  • 7 layer line with 65/65/55/55/55/65/65 extruders configuration
  • Useful width 1900 mm
  • Die diameter 400 mm with die gap 2.4 mm
  • A 20/30%, B 20/30% C 5/15%, D 5/15%, E 5/15%, F 10/20%, G 20/30% layers distribution
  • Output up to 550 kg/h
  • 7 four-components batch gravimetric systems
  • Fully automatic double flow air cooling system
  • Corona treater
  • BOPLUS double winder equipped with Smart Load, Macchi fully automatic reels handling system

The second line that will be available for demonstration and/or your specific test from July 30th to August 2nd 2024, has the following main features:

  • 9 layer line with 65/55/55/55/55/55/55/55/65 extruders configuration
  • Useful width 2900 mm
  • Die diameter 650 mm with die gap 2.2 mm
  • A 10/14%, B 8% C 10/12%, D 8%, E 10%, F 8%, G 10/12%, H 10/12%, I 20% layers distribution
  • Output up to 700 kg/h
  • 9 four-components batch gravimetric systems
  • Fully automatic double flow air cooling system
  • BOPLUS double winder equipped with Smart Load, Macchi fully automatic reels handling system
